*GASHCAT*

CAUGHT IN THE WHIRL OF WHAT'S HERE AND WHAT'S THERE.
Well everyone… Gashcat’s 4th west coast tour has come to a close.  The last 40 days have been magical and now, it is time to disperse.  Back to Arizona, back to Austin, back to Louisiana…  It was a pleasure meeting all of you.

WHAT’S NEXT:  Working on the new Gashcat album, an east coast tour in the spring, and of course, another west coast visit.  Maybe a short collection of stories from the road, new merch, all sorts of things!

Thank you all so much, keep your chins up, and take care.

Meet Gashcat’s Newest Family Members!
Mr. Ray Borboa (Pictured Left): Born 4 days after the American Thanksgiving of 1986.  A Sagittarius vegan who enjoys making the occasional pasta, speaking only in muppet baby voices while doing so.  He is also part of the Tucson, AZ based Sparrow Canyon Collective and for now, plays drums for Gashcat.  Love him.
Sir. Logan Greene (Pictured Right): In 1988, two US Army helicopters collided, killing 17 servicemen in Campbell, Kentucky.  Two months later, in May…Logan Greene is born.  Years later, he grew up and started Logun Booking, a vital limb to the Tucson DIY scene.  For now, he plays Moog, harpsynth, triangles, electro-guitar, trumpet and other noises in Gashcat.  Love him too.
We’re super happy to be playing with these gents.

So these little yellow envelopes (“gashkittens”) are being mailed to the four corners of the world… So that you might just hear them falling out of the sky as full grown Gashcats.
With that being said, you could call your local independent radio station and ask them to play your favorite Gashcat tune.
Thanks Friends.

Hello Everyone,
Over the past few days, I’ve been thinking about our band and where it is we can say “we’re from”.  I suppose at this point, we have nowhere/everywhere to call home.  We’ve somehow acquired a perpetual urge to gallivant across the American West forever and ever! That’s what it feels like anyway.
Life in the past year has been a saga of different sceneries, waking up here, sleeping there, and living wide eyed someplace in between that.
So for now, we are here… In Tucson, AZ.  We made the drive 11 days ago from Austin, TX to get ready for our tour in October and everything is coming along just great.  Tucson is as hot as you would think it is in late summer, but our small oscillating fan in the practice space works wonders and it’s the end of monsoon season, so we’re getting crazy out of nowhere downpours that tease the dirt and birds with big drops.
We’ll be posting photos, music, tour dates, videos, whatever we’re doing here…
If you’d like our album, you can find her here: gashcat.bandcamp.com
Thanks everyone!  We’re going to attempt “keeping in touch” more with this.
Take care,
-Gashcat (Kyle, Rick, Haley, Logan, Ray)
